How To Return or Exchange Your Free To Be Threads?

If you are not happy with your standard purchase and have not worn, washed or damaged the piece of merchandise just contact us and we'll be happy to either exchange your item or give you a refund, minus your original shipping charge. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your Free To Be Garment.

*Email Us. Go to our Contact Us page to request a return authorization number (RAN) to begin this process.

*The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an insured/trackable service is recommended. We do not pay or reimburse for shipping a garment back to us but we will now pay the shipping for sending your exchange item back to you!

Fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order, including the RAN, and return it with the merchandise to Free To Be Threads within 14 days of receiving the RAN.

Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.

If you are exchanging your standard merchandise, please make sure you indicate the item number/name you wish to exchange for, as well as size and color information. We will confirm your exchange order back to you via Email.
